By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including contact and identity data) for 6 six years after they cease being customers for tax and disclosure purposes.

In some circumstances you may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be identified with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you. 

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted, unless otherwise stated.
