At Print Cakes, we’ve been creating delicious branded cupcakes, logo biscuits and corporate treats for businesses across the UK since 2017.
Trusted by brands including Amazon, Tesla, Superdrug and Chanel, we specialise in edible printing and beautifully branded bakes designed to make an impact at events, launches, employee campaigns and celebrations.
Print Cakes is proudly a woman-owned bakery founded by Helena, who began baking cupcakes at home in the North East back in 2011 for friends and family. What started as a creative hobby quickly grew into a thriving home bakery making cakes for weddings, birthdays and corporate events.
Everything changed with an order for 2,000 branded cupcakes for Virgin Money, ten times larger than anything Helena had baked before. The following year, a huge order of 6,000 cupcakes for TransPennine Express confirmed there was real demand for high-quality branded bakes and Print Cakes was officially born.
From Home Bakery to Nationwide Branded Treats
Today we deliver far more than branded cupcakes. Our range now includes logo biscuits, brownies, macarons, chocolates, celebration cakes and branded sweet bags, all available with UK-wide delivery and baked with the same care and quality that started in Helena’s home kitchen.
Our team has grown, our ovens have multiplied, and while Helena spends more time running the business than whisking buttercream, our core values remain unchanged: quality, creativity, and a friendly, personal touch.
We still use the same tried-and-tested recipes Helena perfected over a decade ago, with real butter, Madagascan vanilla, and simple, delicious ingredients. Because at Print Cakes, just because it’s corporate, doesn’t mean it can’t taste amazing.
Branded Cupcakes
Our branded cupcakes are the product that started it all and they’re still our most popular treat today.
Every cupcake is baked from scratch in foil cases to keep them extra fresh, then topped with a swirl of real buttercream and an edible printed topper featuring your logo, message or artwork printed directly onto the icing with edible ink.
Popular flavours include Madagascan Vanilla, Lemon Zest and Chocolate.
We also offer vegan cupcakes and made without gluten cupcakes, complete with full allergen information.

Orders start from just 6 cupcakes and scale to thousands for nationwide campaigns.
Branded Biscuits
Our branded biscuits have become one of our fastest-growing products thanks to their long shelf life, individual packaging and eye-catching edible prints.
Each biscuit is handmade using our buttery Madagascan vanilla recipe before being topped with edible icing printed with your logo or design.

All biscuits are individually wrapped as standard and typically stay fresh for at least one month from delivery.

We offer both round and square celebration cakes, topped with a full colour edible print featuring your logo, artwork, message or campaign design. Whether you want something sleek and professional or bold and colourful, our cakes are designed to stand out and get people talking.
Every cake is freshly baked to order using quality ingredients and finished by hand in our North East bakery before being delivered across the UK.

Printed Chocolates
Our branded chocolates are a fun, affordable way to make your business stand out.
Available in business card and phone-sized formats, each chocolate bar is individually wrapped and printed with your logo, image or campaign artwork.

Nationwide Delivery
We deliver all across the UK using DPD. We offer a standard service, by 12 and by 10:30. We always recommend taking delivery the day before an event where possible. Cakes are packages in sealed trays of 6 and baked in foil cupcake cases which keep them really fresh, even when delivering over the weekend. All products can be sent individually or in bulk, to one address or multiple.
