UK Delivery Information – Branded Cupcakes, Biscuits & Treats

Ordering Notice & Lead Times

All of our branded cupcakes, logo biscuits and treats are freshly baked and made to order.

Because of this, we usually require a minimum of 3 working days' notice for orders placed through our website. The first available delivery dates will automatically appear during checkout.

If you require a last-minute order, please contact us directly. We can sometimes accommodate next day branded cupcake and biscuit orders depending on our bakery capacity, although this cannot always be guaranteed.

Next Day Delivery

Once your order has been freshly baked and prepared, we send our cupcakes, biscuits and branded treats using DPD Next Day Delivery.

You’ll receive tracking updates by email or text message, including a 1-hour delivery window on the day of arrival.

Standard delivery usually takes place between 9am–5pm, although deliveries may occasionally arrive earlier or later depending on your local depot.

We always recommend selecting delivery for the day before your event where possible.

Collection From Our Sunderland Bakery

Are you local to the North East? You’re welcome to collect your order directly from our Sunderland bakery.

Collections are available Monday to Friday by arrangement. Once your order is ready, we’ll confirm your collection time and details.

Freshness & Packaging

Our cupcakes and biscuits are carefully packaged to travel safely across the UK.

Cupcakes are baked fresh before dispatch to ensure they arrive looking and tasting their best. Orders for Monday delivery are routinely dispatched on the Friday before.

Don’t worry - the cakes will still arrive fresh and delicious for your event.

Our foil cupcake cases keep the sponge moist and fresh during delivery, while our individually wrapped branded biscuits have a shelf life of at least one month.
