Print Cakes minimum order for branded cupcakes is a box of 6, but we can bake thousands for your event. Order up to 500 online or get in touch for bespoke quantities and larger orders.

Minimum orders for branded biscuits are 25 and you can order up to 1000 online. Again, we can deliver thousands either to one address or multiple. If you need a bespoke quantity get in touch.

Yes, Print Cakes deliver our logo cupcakes, branded biscuits, macarons, celebration cakes and corporate treats across the UK.

Our treats are sent on a next day delivery with trusted couriers, they are expertly packaged and arrive in perfect condition - take a look at out 5 star reviews!. Extra large orders can be hand delivered by ourselves and arranged for specific delivery times, please get in touch more information on this.

Designing your branded cupcakes or logo biscuits is easy. Take a look at Print Cakes most popular products here and select from either cupcakes, biscuits, celebration cakes, macarons, sweet bags, cake jars or treat boxes.

Once you have chosen your treat, select your quantity and delivery date, then the click "create yours now" button. This will open up our design tool where you can upload you logo or image and add text. You will get a preview of your design on the product, then just add to cart and checkout!

We are passionate about great baking here at Print Cakes, which is why we bake all our cakes and biscuits on site, from scratch, using real ingredients you would find in any good bakers kitchen like Madagascan vanilla and real butter.

While our bakery is based in Sunderland in the North East of England but we ship all across the UK and have been doing so for over 8 years now so you are in safe hands! Our cupcakes, cakes and biscuits are not made using any nuts, but there are almonds on the premises so we cannot guarantee they are 100% nut free. This is clearly displayed on the ingredient lists and allergy information sent with every order. If you would like more information just get in touch.

Our made without gluten products are baked in the same bakery as our regular products, so whilst every effort is taken to ensure there is no cross contamination, we cannot guarantee they are 100% gluten free. This is made clear on the ingredient lists, stickers on each packet and allergen information sent with every order.

Yes! We have a delicious vegan recipe for our vegan branded cupcakes and vegan logo biscuits which uses vegan butter. The free from branded biscuits are also made without gluten which makes them great for covering a range of dietary requests.

Each pack of cupcakes or biscuits will be clearly labelled as vegan, so if you order regular products along side them they are easily identifiable. Full ingredients and allergen information are included with each order.

Our branded cupcakes are topped with a vanilla buttercream swirl, hand-piped onto freshly baked cupcake sponges for a delicious homemade taste.

Each cupcake is then finished with an edible icing disc (not wafer paper!), printed in full colour using premium edible inks to create vibrant branded logos, photos or designs.

Our logo biscuits are iced and then printed directly with edible inks for a sharp, high-quality finish that tastes as good as it looks. We offer round, square, rectangle and bespoke shaped biscuits.

Our branded macarons are directly printed with your logo or image onto the macaron shell and make a stunning addition to corporate celebrations.

We create custom branded cupcakes, celebration cakes, logo biscuits and branded macarons for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, staff gifting, Pride Month and business celebrations across the UK. They can be printed with just your logo or an image to tie in directly with your event.

Yes, Print Cakes can handle large scale branded cupcake, logo biscuit or treat box deliveries to multiple locations, including letter box friendly options, which is perfect for home workers, client gifts or celebrations across office and factory locations. We deliver anywhere in the UK using special packaging and trusted couriers.

If you would like to order to different addresses you can either make a separate order for each delivery address online or email over your requirements and we will book it all in for you.

If you are looking for a larger quantity of multiple deliveries just get in touch.

Online orders require a minimum of 3 working days to process, so you will see the first three days greyed out on the delivery date calendar on each product page.

Need a last minute order? We understand sometimes you need your order fast. In special circumstances we can accommodate last minute orders for branded cupcakes or branded biscuits with a 2 day turnaround or a next day delivery. Please get in touch as soon as possible and if we can help we will!

For larger orders of 1000+, it is best to give us at least 7-14 days notice to ensure we can fit you in. Again, we will always try to fit in orders with shorter turn around times.

Please not we always advise taking delivery the day before your event where possible. If you need any advice we are here to help.

You pick the delivery date! Every product had a calendar showing available delivery dates so you can choose a date to fit in with your event. We advise selecting a date a day or two before your event.

Our online order deliveries are made between Monday to Friday on your selected date via DPD with options for a next day service or by 12 service available to select at checkout.

We send thousands of cakes and biscuits each week, our packaging is made to withstand courier delivery and they arrive safe and sound! You will get a one hour delivery slot from DPD on the day of your delivery via email.

We can arrange Saturday or Sunday deliveries on request and these will incur and additional delivery fee. We can also upgrade your delivery to a by 10:30am service. Please get in touch with out friendly team for more information.

We will bake and dispatch your treats the working day before your delivery date with DPD. You will receive tracking information from DPD to your supplied email address so you can keep up with your delivery’s progress.

DPD will send you a one hour delivery slot on the day of the delivery, please let them know if you or your recipient are not going to be in to receive your order so you can make alternative arrangements with the courier. 

Yes you can send a cupcake or biscuits gift box as a surprise gift. Enter your recipients delivery details at checkout. Please keep in mind that if the person you are surprising may not be at home at the time of the delivery. We can advise the courier to leave the cupcakes in a safe place or with a neighbour, please let us know if you would like us to do this by adding a note at checkout.

If no alternative location can be found, the driver will post a card through the door advising that the parcel has been returned to the delivery depot with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels left if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, or for parcels returned to the depot. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

You can add a gift message to your order at checkout. We will include this on a card which will be placed on top of the cupcakes or biscuits in the box.

Sending to multiple addresses? We can add personalised gift notes to each delivery - get in touch for more information.

Boxes of 6, 12 and 24 branded cupcakes will arrive in our fun bakery graphic printed kraft boxes. If you have added a note this will be added to the box. The box will wrapped in a waterproof parcel bag. All your cupcakes are expertly packaged and arrive in perfect condition.

Larger orders will arrive in a corrugated card box - with a bright fund print so they are easily recognisable. Inside will be your delicious branded cupcakes safely sat in a sealed trays of 6 or your branded biscuits individually wrapped with protective packaging.

Yes we can individually package your branded cupcakes upon request. As standard your cupcakes will be delivered in sealed trays of 6. If you would like to individually package them, we can supply individual cupcake pods with your order for you to pop the cupcakes in at your end, or we can send them pre-packaged.

Our individual cupcake pods are made from sustainable RPET and are fully recyclable, which is also embossed onto the based of each pod. They work really well to display your cupcake and logo.

Please get in touch if you would like your cupcakes individually packaging, a small charge will apply. Individual packaging works well for larger corporate events or exhibitions where you will be handing our cupcakes for people to take away.

Our branded biscuits come individually packaged as standard.

Yes, and we love doing them! We can make a biscuit in the shape or your logo, a biscuit in the shape of your product or mascot... the options are endless.

Yes, all our biscuits are individually packaged as standard. The are hand wrapped in crystal clear recyclable bags which really show off the biscuits well and give a premium feel.

If you would like compostable plastic free plant packaging then please get in touch. Our compostable bags are also clear and feature a printed image on the seal to explain they are compostable.

The cupcakes will be best for a minimum of 3 days from delivery, but typically keep for longer. They are best kept at room temperature, do not refrigerate as this can dry cakes out. You can store them in the boxes they arrive in, or if you would like to keep the printed image at its best for longer than 3 days, open up the packaging to let the cupcakes breathe.

Branded biscuits keep well for up to one month, we advising taking delivery a day or two before your event. If you are wanting to use the biscuits over multiple space out events, we suggest splitting up the deliveries, which we are happy to help with.

You can add a logo, branding, messages, photos and images to our branded cupcakes and logo biscuits. We print directly onto premium icing so we get a vibrant finish which looks and tastes great. If your image looks good on screen it will print well.

As a rule of thumb, if your image, logo or photo looks good on screen, it will print well on our cupcakes or biscuits. Screen shots from mobile phones are usually best avoided as the quality can be poor.

Our branded cupcake icing discs are 5cm in diameter and your image will be printed to this size. Our branded biscuits icing discs are 5cm or 7cm in diameter for full coverage. Using our design tool (found on the product page), you can get a preview of how your order will look before you add to basket.

We can only print personal, copyright-free images, or images that you have permission to reproduce. By placing an order with us you warrant that any images you ask us to print do not contain anything which would infringe any copyright or trade mark.

We can accept jpgs and png files uploaded online, if you’re having any trouble please get in touch.

If you are a corporate customer with artwork in a different format (.eps or .pdf for example) then please email us at hello@printcakes.co.uk and we will be able to accept these too, plus give you a preview of how it will look.

We always try our best to match your brand colours as we know how important your brand is.

Although we can't print pantone colours, we will try to get the print, buttercream or macarons as close to your brand colours as we can with our edible inks and food colourings.
