We all found time to soak up the sun this summer, but back in Sunderland our ovens were working overtime! From fresh new packaging to creative client orders and macaron mischief, there’s been lots going on at Print Cakes. Here’s a peek at what we’ve been up to.
TUI – Crystal Holidays ✈️
We love working with TUI and were thrilled to see our branded biscuits in action at one of their summer events. Guests stepped inside a giant snow globe where families grabbed floating snowflakes for the chance to win holidays and prizes — including our biscuits!
Cake Box Makeover 🎁
This project has been on our to-do list for years, always pushed aside by the urgent job of baking cakes and biscuits. That meant our boxes stayed plain and simple (unlike the treats inside!). But at long last, we made it happen — and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Keep an eye out and let us know if you spot one of our new boxes out in the wild!
Cazoo – New Advert Launch 🚗
We had so much fun creating these branded biscuits for Cazoo. They made even more sense once we saw their new Cazoo – Right For You advert! The quirky characters and playful shapes were a joy to bring to life — the foot was definitely a favourite.
Macaron Time! 💕
Ooh la la! We were thrilled to create branded macarons as wedding favours for The Winfields. Each one was printed with a sweet photo of the happy couple, making them as personal as they were delicious. It was such a treat to sink our teeth into something a little different!
Wizz Air – 80 Million Passengers 🎉
Over the summer Wizz Air celebrated flying 80 million passengers from London Luton Airport. To mark the milestone, they chose branded cupcakes in chocolate and vanilla with their signature pink and purple design. The whole collection looked amazing — and the feedback was fab:
“The cupcakes were safely received and were an absolute hit! And smelt (and tasted, so I heard) delicious.”
Motorola – Body Cam Biscuits 📸
Motorola came back for more of our popular branded biscuits — which is always the best compliment we can get. The edible print came out perfectly again, and we can’t wait to see more projects with them in the future.
Next Stop… Halloween 🎃
Halloween is growing bigger every year, and each October our bakery is transformed with spooky treats. We have Halloween cupcakes and Halloween biscuits ready to go, or you can send us your own designs (we love seeing how creative our clients get!).
