Servings are based on 1" x 2" slices, if you like to cut big slabs (and we don't blame you) you'll get fewer servings! The cakes are at their best for 5 days from delivery, so you can order ahead of time. They are filled with a smooth vegan buttercream and should be kept at room temperature, ready for the big event.
